J&H Accountants is a dynamic accountancy practice working alongside clients in Essex, London and across the UK and provides a full range of financial services at market competitive prices. J&H Accountants was founded by Nadia Rayner who after many years of working in a corporate environment (most recently a top 200 law firm), decided to follow her passion for helping small business owners and individuals to manage and grow their financial well-being and set up her own practice. With a strong accounting background, Nadia provides her clients with expert advice, professionalism, responsiveness, and peace of mind. Her experience ranges from New start-ups, legal services, professional services, engineering, construction, and individual landlords. Nadia is proficient in all kinds of cloud accounting software such as FreeAgent, Sage and QuickBooks and has also worked with bespoke IT packages.

Nadia is a successful and dedicated finance professional who has been serving both corporate and individual clients for the past 18 years. Nadia qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2008 and then went on to qualify as a Chartered Certified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2012, becoming a fellow member in 2017. Nadia started her career working for a small accountancy practice in London and had a diverse range of clients spanning a variety of sectors from publishers and talent agencies to media and telecoms. She then found her niche in the legal services industry and spent several years managing finance teams within solicitors’ firms before setting up her own accountancy practice.
